In a nutshell
- The site presents GET ITalent and our services. Using it is free of charge and requires no registration.
- The information on the site is general and does not replace a formal proposal.
- GET never charges candidates.
1. Who we are
This site is maintained by GET ITALENT CONSULTORIA E SERVIÇOS EM INFORMÁTICA LTDA, CNPJ 36.601.410/0001-35, headquartered at Rua Alexandre Dumas, 1630, 2º andar, Chácara Santo Antônio, São Paulo/SP, CEP 04717-004.
2. Acceptance
By using this site, you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is informational and does not depend on your acceptance.
3. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for unlawful purposes or to deceive other people;
- attempt to access restricted areas, test for vulnerabilities or overload the server;
- collect data from the site by automated means without authorization;
- impersonate GET ITalent or members of our team.

4. Content and information
The texts, figures and service descriptions are for informational purposes. Timelines and results presented as “on average” or “target” are benchmarks and do not constitute a guarantee. The terms of each service apply only as set out in the proposal and contract signed with GET.
Parts of the site marked “Coming soon” or “Under construction” are not yet available and may change without notice.
5. Candidates
Submitting a résumé or contacting GET does not guarantee participation in a selection process or a hire. GET ITalent never charges candidates fees and never asks for passwords or verification codes. If you receive an offer in our name that involves a charge, do not pay and let us know through our official channels.
6. GET Portal
Access to the GET Portal (getitalent.kliva.app.br) is restricted to users registered by GET. Credentials are personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for keeping them confidential. Use of the portal is also subject to the terms of your contract or relationship with GET.
7. Intellectual property
The GET ITalent brand, the logo, the Luna character, and the texts, images and layout of this site belong to GET ITalent or are used with authorization. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Kliva is the technology platform, developed by GET ITalent, that powers the GET Portal.
8. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party services, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control these services, and their use is governed by each one's own terms and policies.
9. Liability
We work to keep the site online, secure and up to date, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, GET ITalent is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the site or of the information published on it. This clause does not exclude liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version and the date of the last update are always shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site and do not apply to events prior to their publication.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to the rights of consumers and of data subjects residing in other countries as provided for in applicable law.
